We can accommodate 50 people in the 11 rooms located on the second and the third floor of the main building.
Bathhouse
A newly equipped Russian steam bathhouse with a heated pool can fit in up to 20 people.

Excellent conditions for accommodation. We have a professional staff and lots of experience in the field of organization of weddings and parties. Everything has been arranged in such a manner so that your wedding, birthday, or any other family or company event would be remembered for a very long time. You are welcome to have a rest in the 11 rooms equipped with individual bathrooms and showers on the second floor. The rooms can accommodate up to 50 people but up to 70 people can spend the night here at the same time.
Choosing our Homestead ensures that no strangers will enter the private area. Only you, your guests, and the servicing staff will be on the Homestead. We are located in beautiful natural surroundings further away from the city noise and just 15 km away from the SEA. Bathhouse lovers will enjoy the spacious Russian bathhouse with a heated pool, fireplace and a terrace on the shore of the pond. People willing to stay longer are welcome to use the comfortable bedrooms above the bathhouse on the second floor where 20 people can be accommodated.
